Ritkán van lehetőségem Maastrichtban sört kóstolni (pláne ilyen jó társaságban), így minden ilyen alkalom felér egy ünneppel.
A Wild Gene a hangzatos nevű "Brouwerij Anders!" belga sörfőzde (Halen, Vlaams Gewest Belgium) belga blonde típusú söre. Korábban még nem kóstoltam sört tőlük, elsőre most eléggé magasra tették a lécet...
Nekem elsőre a habja tetszett meg nagyon, a képen látható méret csak nagyon lassan csökkent le, és végig szinte intakt maradt, nem nagyon esett össze. Illatában gyümölcsösség és némi fűszeresség van, de ízben inkább csak az utóbbi érződik, a kortyérzete jobb, mint egy átlagos blonde-nak, majdnem selymesnek nevezhető.
Szeritem egy remek sör, 36-os IBU érték, alkoholra 6,5 %.

I rarely have the opportunity to taste beer in Maastricht (especially in such good company), so every occasion like this is like a celebration.
Wild Gene is a Belgian blonde beer from the resoundingly named "Brouwerij Anders!" Belgian brewery (Halen, Vlaams Gewest Belgium). I have never tasted beer from them before, for a start they have set the bar quite high this time...
At first I really liked the head, the size shown in the picture only decreased very slowly, and remained almost intact throughout, it did not collapse much. The aroma is fruity and a bit spicy, but the taste is more of the latter, the sipping sensation is better than an average blonde, it can be called almost silky. In my opinion, it is a great beer, IBU value of 36, alcohol content 6.5%.
