A teszt előtt nem sokkal Rigában jártunk, s bár nem akartam sört venni (költözés előtt álltunk...), néhány doboz csak bekerült a bőröndbe...
Többek közt a Labietis (Pagan Brews) főzde söre is, amit szép napos időben sikerült kibontanom, kis szünetet tartva a költözés előtti pakolásban... A Trīs indiāņi (Three Indians) egy amerikai pale ale, jelentékeny keserűséggel, bár azért nem annyira durva a komlózás.
"A Cascade és a Centennial komló fenyő- és citrusos aromája gazdagítja a Columbus komló földes keserűségét" a főzde leírása alapján, és szerintük ezzel "neoklasszikus keserűségi profilt" hozva létre. (No meg "a pale ale maláta grapefruit utóízzel nyugtatja a nyelvet".). A habja átlagos (a képpel egy jó pillanatot kaptam el), színre halványsárga, összessében nem rossz sör, pláne x óra dobozolás után. Alkoholra pontosan 5%, az IBU érték 30.

We were in Riga shortly before the test, and although I didn't want to buy beer (we were about to move...), a few cans just ended up in the suitcase...
Among others, there was a beer from the Labietis (Pagan Brews) brewery, which I managed to open on a nice sunny day, taking a short break from packing before moving... Trīs indiāņi (Three Indians) is an American pale ale with significant bitterness, although the hopping is not that harsh.
"The pine and citrus aroma of Cascade and Centennial hops enrich the earthy bitterness of Columbus hops," according to the brewery's description, creating a "neoclassical bitterness profile." (And "the pale ale malt soothes the tongue with a grapefruit aftertaste."). The head is average (I caught a good moment with the picture), the color is pale yellow, and overall it's not a bad beer, especially after being canned for x hours. It has exactly 5% alcohol and an IBU value of 30.
