Ismét kislányomnak kell hálát adni, hogy gondolt rám:) Egy újabb sör a Bird Brewery holland főzdétől, ezúttal egy session IPA 4,6 % alkohollal és 32-es IBU értékkel...

Elméletileg a sör a vöcsök nevű madárról van elnevezve... Számos díjat nyert leginkább holland versenyeken, és szintén elméletben leginkább gyümölcsös ízt kellett volna éreznem, de én nem találtam annak. Teljesen korrekt ital ettől függetlenül...

I have to thank my daughter again for thinking of me :) Another beer from the Dutch brewery Bird Brewery, this time a session IPA with 4.6% alcohol and 32 IBU...  Theoretically the beer is named after the bird called the grebe... It has won several awards, mostly in Dutch competitions, and also theoretically I should have tasted mostly fruity, but I didn't find it. A completely decent drink regardless...

Bird Wilhelmus

Ez a sör is drága kislányomtól származik...

A Wilhelmus típusát tekintve egy amerikai IPA, friss, gyümölcsös narancsos IPA, bőséges adag Elixer komlóval főzve. A komló és a narancs narancssárga árnyalatot, valamint gyümölcsös, trópusi ízt és illatot kölcsönöz a sörnek

A Bird Brewery (számomra új főzde) söre kortyérzete kiváló, ízben is megvan a narancs, a habja a képhez képset elég moderált, hamar felére összeesik.

This beer also comes from my dear daughter... Wilhelmus is an American IPA in terms of type, a fresh, fruity orange IPA, brewed with a generous dose of Elixer hops. The hops and orange give the beer an orange hue, as well as a fruity, tropical taste and aroma. Bird Brewery's beer (a new brewery for me) has an excellent sipping sensation, the orange is also present in the taste, the head is quite moderate compared with the picture, it quickly collapses in half.
