Amikor tavaly időnként a Tuletorn főzdében jártunk, szinte mindig vettem néhány doboz sört is, de a tesztelés valahogy elmaradozott, ez a tétel is csak most került sorra...
A "Tehase" a környékre utal, a "Tehase Laager" nvből pedig adja magát a típus is. Mondjuk lagernek kicsit fura íze volt elsőre, de ez a "Szűretlen, rusztikus lager, melyet az Észtországban termesztett tönköly és búza bemutatására főztek, és amely egyben a Kopli új sörfőzési hagyományának kezdetét is jelenti." leírás alapján nem is meglepő, a tönköly nem egy általános összetevő a lagerekben... Mindazonáltal leginkább APA jellege van, nem is lager, gyümölcsös, és moderáltan komlós is.
Szerintem nem rossz.

When we visited the Tuletorn brewery from time to time last year, I almost always bought a few cans of beer, but somehow the testing was delayed, this batch only came up now... "Tehase" refers to the area, and the name "Tehase Laager" indicates clearly the type. Let's say the lager had a bit of a strange taste at first, but based on the "Unfiltered, rustic lager, brewed to showcase the spelt and wheat grown in Estonia, and which also marks the beginning of the new brewing tradition of Kopli." description is not surprising, spelt is not a common ingredient in lagers... However, it has mostly APA character, not lager, fruity, and moderately hoppy. I think it's not bad.
